What is a token?
Tokens are the units AI models use to process text. Roughly 1 token ≈ ¾ of a word. Every AI action in the B.O.O.B.I.E. Sandbox — generating a script, running a campaign, scoring a lead — consumes tokens. Your plan includes a monthly token allowance, and overages are billed at a low per-token rate.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Sandbox dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-ins.
What happens if I exceed my token limit?
We don't cut you off. Overages are billed automatically at $0.015 per 1,000 tokens at the end of your billing cycle. You can set usage alerts inside the Sandbox to stay aware of your consumption.
What is the Agent Marketplace?
Premium AI agent runs available à la carte on Pro and Studio plans. Instead of spending tokens on complex tasks, you pay a flat per-run fee and get a guaranteed high-quality output — voiceover scripts, campaign builds, CRM sweeps, and more.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You get full access to every feature in your chosen tier during the trial period.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact our team for a full refund — no questions asked. After the trial period, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
